Please make sure to turn in your registration and proposed expenditures for approval prior to any training which requires travel or overnight stays. All detailed receipts from meals are required for reimbursement.

The Virginia Dept. of Fire Programs (VDFP) requires the following form in order to take VDFP sponsored classes.
  1. Download and print the form on your home printer.
  2. Fill out the form by hand.
  3. Mail the form to the address provided on the form.
